Our 9-year-old dog Billy has been boarding with Paws in the Paddocks for both day stays and overnight visits since November 2019, and we’ve been delighted with the experience from the very start.

We couldn’t recommend Jane and John more highly. Their care, attention to detail, and focus on safety are exceptional, it’s obvious how much they genuinely love and understand dogs. Their vetting process is thoughtful and unhurried, allowing them to carefully assess how new dogs will settle in and which group they’ll best fit with. It gives us complete confidence every time Billy stays.

The facilities are fantastic too, especially the lovely, secure garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and relax. It’s such a reassuring environment and clearly somewhere dogs feel comfortable, settled, and happy.

As first-time dog owners, we’ve found them absolutely invaluable. They’ve always been incredibly supportive, offering gentle guidance, reassurance, and helpful advice whenever we’ve needed it, which has made such a difference over the years.

Whenever we leave Billy, we know he’s in safe hands. More than that, we’re completely reassured that he’s happy, well cared for, and having a great time, which means we can properly relax too. In fact, rather than greeting us with excitement when we pick him up, Billy usually gives us a slightly unimpressed look and sulks all the way home, which probably tells you everything you need to know!
